✈️ Role at a Glance

As a First Officer, you will operate in a multi-crew environment, uphold the highest safety and compliance standards, and apply modern navigation techniques—supporting punctual, professional service on every sector.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Execute safe, efficient line operations across various aircraft types within a multi-crew environment, adhering to company SOPs and EASA regulations.
  • Plan and conduct flights using PBN procedures, including RNAV departures/arrivals and approaches.
  • Apply strong CRM, decision-making, and communication skills in all phases of flight.
  • Collaborate with the Captain, cabin crew, dispatch, and maintenance to ensure operational excellence and a positive passenger experience.
  • Champion a proactive safety culture, completing thorough preflight checks, briefings, and accurate documentation.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • License Required: EASA Frozen ATPL with valid IR, ME, MCC, and UPRT.
  • PBN: PBN competency/endorsement.
  • Medical: EASA Class 1.
  • Language (Scandinavian): Fluency in at least one Scandinavian language (level 4 and above).
  • English: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Passport: Valid passport.
  • Visa Sponsorship: Not provided.

NTR candidates are encouraged to apply; full type rating training is provided upon selection.
