✈️ About the opportunity

As a Learjet First Officer, you’ll support the Captain in all phases of flight, contribute to a strong safety culture, and represent the operation with professionalism on every leg. This permanent role suits pilots who thrive in dynamic, on‑call environments and are eager to grow on the LR‑JET platform.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Execute flight duties in accordance with company SOPs, checklists, and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with flight planning, performance, weight and balance, fuel management, and weather/NOTAM review.
  • Maintain exemplary CRM, clear cockpit communication, and decisive workload management.
  • Support high standards of passenger care, confidentiality, and operational punctuality.
  • Uphold a just culture: identify hazards, report promptly, and participate in continuous improvement.
  • Stay mission‑ready for on‑call dispatches and short‑notice trip changes.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 750 hours
  • Jet time: 200 hours
  • License: CPL (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Type rating: Not required — training provided
  • Availability: Must be able to work on an on‑call basis

🌟 Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in the Learjet 55
  • Typed and current in the Learjet 55
  • Experience in Part 135 operations

🎓 Training & development

We welcome strong NTR applicants and provide the required LR‑JET training pathway. You’ll sharpen technical proficiency, SOP discipline, and customer‑focused skills while progressing on a respected light‑jet platform.

🛎️ On‑call lifestyle

This role requires flexibility and readiness to launch. You should be comfortable with variable duty periods, short‑notice trip assignments, and occasional schedule changes—always within regulatory limits and company policies.
