We’re expanding our jet operations from Cologne Bonn Airport and are seeking skilled aviation professionals to fly the Learjet 35/45/55 series. Whether you are an experienced Captain or a developing First Officer, this is your chance to advance on a renowned light-jet platform and deliver safe, punctual, and passenger-focused operations.

✈️ The Opportunity

As a Learjet Captain or First Officer, you will operate multi-crew jet missions across Europe and beyond. You’ll uphold the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and service while representing our brand to clients, partners, and crews on the ground.

🧭 What You’ll Do

  • Conduct safe and efficient Learjet operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
  • Execute thorough flight preparation: performance planning, fuel, weather, NOTAMs, and routing.
  • Work as an effective multi-crew team, maintaining excellent CRM and communication throughout each phase of flight.
  • Deliver a professional, discreet, and customer-centric experience for all passengers.
  • Support on-time performance while prioritizing safety and sound decision-making.
  • Participate in training, checking, and continuous improvement initiatives.

🧰 What You Bring

  • CPL (Commercial Pilot License); EASA license preferred due to Germany-based operations.
  • Strong knowledge of IFR operations and multi-crew cockpit procedures.
  • Professionalism, operational discipline, and a safety-first mindset.
  • Flexibility to operate on variable schedules and occasional short-notice missions.
  • Fluent English communication; German language skills are a plus.
  • Valid passport and the unrestricted right to live and work in Germany/EU.
  • Type rating and/or recent time on Learjet 35/45/55 is an advantage; willingness to complete required differences or type training as needed.
  • For Captain track: proven leadership in command and sound operational judgment. For First Officer track: strong foundational skills and readiness to progress.
