Anderson Air, a full-service aircraft management company delivering executive charter services, is seeking an experienced Captain (Pilot in Command) to operate a Learjet 75 from Richmond, British Columbia (hybrid). In this full-time Flight Operations role, you will safeguard every flight, uphold regulatory compliance, and lead a high-performing crew on non-scheduled domestic and international missions under CARs 604 (private, non-revenue) and 704 (charter, revenue).

✈️ The opportunity

As Captain, you will assume overall responsibility for the safe and efficient conduct of each flight. You will lead by example in the left seat, model disciplined decision-making, and foster a collaborative cockpit environment while coordinating with maintenance and dispatch to deliver a seamless charter experience for our owners and passengers.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on CARs 604 and 704 non-scheduled domestic and international passenger flights.
  • Assume responsibility for the safe conduct of each flight and the highest standards of passenger, crew, and aircraft safety.
  • Ensure strict adherence to aviation regulations, company policies, and the operations manual.
  • Lead and support the flight crew with clear guidance, briefings, and in-flight decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers, air traffic control, and internal teams to enable smooth, timely operations.
  • Collaborate closely with maintenance and dispatch to resolve issues and maintain operational readiness.

🧰 What you bring

  • Total time: 3,000+ hours minimum
  • Jet time: 1,000+ hours
  • PIC jet time: 250+ hours minimum
  • Transport Canada ATPL (or ICAO ATPL with ability to convert to Transport Canada).
  • Proven jet and corporate aviation experience.
  • Ability to work in Canada and travel internationally.
