🧭 The Mission
As Lear 75 Captain, you will command international flights, safeguard the highest standards of safety and service, and set the tone for operational excellence and teamwork. You will operate in full compliance with the Company Operations Manual and all applicable regulations while ensuring every journey is efficient, discreet and customer-centric.
🧰 What You’ll Do
- Lead the aircraft and crew through all phases of international flight, from planning to shutdown.
- Ensure safe, efficient operation and the highest passenger safety standards from takeoff through landing.
- Execute all duties in strict accordance with company policies, the Operations Manual and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate across teams to uphold operational excellence and deliver a seamless client experience.
- Represent the brand with professionalism, discretion and a strong customer-service mindset.
🌟 What You Bring
- License: Valid Canadian ATPL (ICAO-compliant).
- Medical: Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Type Rating: LR45 type rating required; Lear 75 experience is a strong asset.
- Flight Time Minimums: 2,500 hours total time; 2,000 hours PIC; 500 hours jet time.
- International Readiness: Meets ICAO eligibility for commercial operations conducted wholly or partly outside Canada; international flying experience preferred.
- Professional Profile: Proven, highly experienced Captain who performs under pressure, is customer-service oriented and able to travel without restriction.
