✈️ About the Role

As a Learjet 75 Captain, you will command corporate/private missions originating from Calgary, operating to destinations across Canada, the U.S., and Mexico. You’ll champion a safety-first culture, uphold Transport Canada standards, and elevate the client experience with professional, discreet service and polished airmanship.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Safety First: Operate in full compliance with Transport Canada regulations and company SOPs; apply sound judgment and risk management on every flight.
• Exceptional Service: Deliver tailored, high-touch travel experiences that reflect the standards of corporate private aviation.
• CRM Excellence: Practice effective Crew Resource Management with fellow pilots, cabin crew, dispatch, and maintenance.
• Dynamic Flying: Execute missions throughout Canada, the United States, and Mexico with professionalism and flexibility.
• Continuous Improvement: Complete recurrent training and annual checks to stay current with best practices and regulatory requirements.

🧰 What You Bring

• Minimum 3,000 hours Total Time.
• Minimum 1,500 hours PIC.
• Minimum 500 hours Jet PIC.
• Valid Canadian ATPL (ICAO compliant).
• Previous corporate flying experience (required).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and professional standards.
• Canadian passport with no travel restrictions for the U.S. and Mexico.
• Ability to obtain a RAIC.
