Jetvia (ATI Jet), a Part 135 executive jet charter operator, is seeking a skilled and safety-focused Learjet 60 SIC/Co-Pilot to join our home-based crew operating from the Dallas, TX area. 🧭 Role snapshot
As the Learjet 60 Second-in-Command, you’ll support the Pilot in Command on every leg, ensure uncompromising safety during all phases of flight, and uphold Jetvia SOPs and FAA standards. You’ll assist with flight planning, conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, and serve as the Ground Security Coordinator.
🧰 Key responsibilities
- Take direction from the Pilot in Command (PIC) on all flights.
- Ensure the safe operation of the aircraft during taxi, take-off, and landing in accordance with FAA guidelines and Jetvia SOPs.
- Assist in flight planning, performance calculations, and weather/NOTAM review.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections and verify required documentation.
- Serve as the Ground Security Coordinator (GSC).
🌟 Minimum qualifications
- 1,000 hours total time.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Commercial multi-engine pilot’s license (CPL).
- First-class medical certificate.
- Live within driving distance of a Jetvia Crew Base.
🔧 Preferred qualifications
- 200 hours multi-engine time.
- Learjet 60 type rating.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Working knowledge of all Federal Aviation Regulations applicable to FAR Part 135.
📍 Base & operating details
- Home-based role; must be within driving distance of a Jetvia crew base.
- Operates under FAR Part 135 standards.
