🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate AB Jets’ Learjet 60 fleet as a First Officer or Captain under a structured flight-crew program.
- Fly a predictable 16/12 schedule with a defined duty-and-rest system (no rolling rest) and two consecutive weekends off within the 12 days at home.
- Conduct safe, compliant Part 135/91 operations while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Complete airline duty on Day 1 and Day 16; benefit from positive-space commuting, single-occupancy hotels, and 24/7 travel-booking support.
- Maintain currency, participate in recurrent training, and uphold AB Jets’ high safety and service standards.
- Pursue advancement: First Officers forecast to upgrade to Captain in less than three years; Captains may progress to Instructor or Check Airman roles.
🧰 What you bring
- Certificates & Ratings: Current FAA First Class Medical; FAA Instrument Rating; FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit; FAA Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP — unrestricted or restricted).
- Eligibility: Valid driver’s license; valid unrestricted passport; legal authorization to work in the United States; ability to pass CANPASS; able to lift at least 75 lbs.
- Background & Conduct: Able to pass Company and TSA background checks; no accident, incident, or enforcement record within the past five years; willingness to work flexible hours.
- Domicile: Reside within 1:30 hours of an approved base (home-based assignment).
- First Officer minimums:
- 1,500 hours total time
- 1,000 hours PIC
- 25 hours multi-engine
- 75 hours instrument
- Captain minimums:
- 3,500 hours total time
- 2,000 hours PIC
- 2,000 hours turbine
- 500 hours jet PIC
- 2,500 hours multi-engine
- 300 hours instrument
- Preferred: Current/type-rated in the Learjet 60; prior corporate jet experience under Part 135/91.
