Join a high-performing flight department as a Learjet 60 First Officer. This permanent position is ideal for disciplined, safety-focused pilots ready to advance on modern light jets. Non-Type Rated (NTR) candidates are encouraged to apply — full type rating training is provided.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Partner with the Captain to operate the Learjet 60 safely and efficiently under IFR across varied routes and conditions.
- Lead thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel strategy.
- Execute standard operating procedures, flows, and checklists with disciplined CRM and clear communication.
- Manage FMS programming, departures/arrivals, and approach briefs; monitor automation and raw data as required.
- Support high standards of passenger service, punctuality, and professionalism on every leg.
- Contribute to a just culture through proactive safety reporting and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 2000 hours
- PIC time: 350 hours
- Multi-engine: 350 hours
- Flight time notes: 350 hours MEL–PIC
- License req.: CPL, IR, ME (open to FAA holders)
- Medical: Class 1

🎓 Training & progression
We provide full Learjet 60 type rating and aircraft-specific training for successful candidates. You will refine advanced jet handling, automation management, and decision-making while building quality turbine time in a professional, SOP-driven environment.
