🧭 What you’ll do

  • Partner with the Captain to operate the Learjet 60 safely and efficiently under IFR across varied routes and conditions.
  • Lead thorough preflight planning, performance calculations, weight and balance, and fuel strategy.
  • Execute standard operating procedures, flows, and checklists with disciplined CRM and clear communication.
  • Manage FMS programming, departures/arrivals, and approach briefs; monitor automation and raw data as required.
  • Support high standards of passenger service, punctuality, and professionalism on every leg.
  • Contribute to a just culture through proactive safety reporting and continuous improvement.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total time: 2000 hours
  • PIC time: 350 hours
  • Multi-engine: 350 hours
  • Flight time notes: 350 hours MELPIC
  • License req.: CPL, IR, ME (open to FAA holders)
  • Medical: Class 1

  • Preferred time: ATP a Bonus

🎓 Training & progression

We provide full Learjet 60 type rating and aircraft-specific training for successful candidates. You will refine advanced jet handling, automation management, and decision-making while building quality turbine time in a professional, SOP-driven environment.
