✈️ The opportunity
Join a professional flight department operating the Learjet 60—an agile, pressurized midsize jet renowned for its climb performance and cruise speed. You’ll work alongside an experienced Captain, contribute to a strong safety culture, and grow your turbine jet expertise with structured training and mentorship.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Support the Captain across all phases of flight: preflight planning, performance, weight and balance, and timely departures.
- Operate the aircraft in strict accordance with SOPs, the Aircraft Flight Manual (AFM), and applicable regulations.
- Analyze weather, NOTAMs, and alternate strategies; update flight plans and briefings as conditions evolve.
- Manage FMS programming, navigation, and checklist discipline; champion effective CRM.
- Coordinate with dispatch/ops and maintenance; document discrepancies and support MEL decisions.
- Deliver a courteous, discreet cabin and ramp experience for passengers and stakeholders.
- Participate in safety reporting and a proactive SMS and risk assessment culture.
- Maintain currency, training records, and professional standards at all times.
🧰 What you’ll bring
- Valid CPL or ATPL with multi‑engine and instrument privileges from the relevant authority.
- Current Class 1 medical and an unrestricted passport; ability to travel as required.
- Learjet 60 type rating preferred (other Learjet/midsize jet time an advantage).
- Proficient IFR skills, including RNP/RNAV procedures, modern avionics, and data-driven decision making.
- Excellent CRM, communication, and workload management under time pressure.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a positive, team-first attitude.
- Flexibility to support operations outside standard hours when needed.
- Right to live and work in the hiring location.
