Learjet 60 Captain – Part 91/135 Charter (NTR Welcome)

Join our on-demand charter team as Pilot in Command on the Learjet 60 operating under Part 91 and Part 135. This permanent role is ideal for a customer-focused leader who thrives in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. Non-type rated candidates are welcome—type training provided.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command on the LR60 for Part 91/135 flights, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
  • Lead and mentor the SIC, training them to properly perform their functions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, developing a friendly rapport while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
  • Conduct comprehensive flight planning, including performance, weight and balance, weather, and NOTAM analysis.
  • Adhere to FAA regulations and company procedures, maintaining required currency and accurate records.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and FBOs to meet passenger needs and aircraft service requirements.
  • Represent the operation with professional appearance and mannerisms at all times.

🧰 What you bring

  • Valid, current pilot license issued by the FAA.
  • No accidents, incidents, or sanctions in the past 5 years.
  • Knowledge of general aviation aircraft and their service requirements, plus the needs of crews and passengers.
  • Ability to train and guide the SIC effectively.
  • A sincere desire to assist customers and be part of a collaborative team.
  • Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and mannerisms; strong attention to detail and initiative.
  • Excellent ability to multi-task and perform under time pressure.
  • Able to pass a drug screening test and background check; clean driving record.
  • High School Diploma or GED.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • PIC Time: 1,500 hours
  • Licenses: CPL with IR and ME (FAA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • Accepted Licenses: FAA
  • Type Rating: LR60 not required (training provided)
  • NTR: Non-type rated candidates encouraged to apply

  • Current LR60 type rating.
  • Current Part 135.293/.297 in type.
  • Recent training with FlightSafety International (FSI) or SimuFlite.
