🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Pilot in Command for Learjet 60 operations under Part 91 and Part 135, ensuring uncompromising safety and compliance.
  • Lead all phases of flight: flight planning, performance and W&B, weather and NOTAM review, pre/post-flight inspections, and timely documentation.
  • Champion SOPs, CRM, and risk management while mentoring crewmembers and fostering a professional, collaborative cockpit.
  • Deliver a refined client experience with discretion, clear communication, and on-time performance.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to optimize aircraft readiness and mission success.
  • Maintain all required currency, training, and records; proactively manage irregular operations and contingencies.
  • Work predominantly in and around aircraft and terminals in a dynamic, time-sensitive environment.

🧰 Minimum flight experience

  • Total time: 3,500 hours
  • PIC time: 2,000 hours
  • Multi-engine: 1,500 hours
  • Turbine: 500 hours
  • In type (LR-60): 250 hours
  • PIC in type: 250 hours
  • Instrument: 300 hours

🌟 Additional requirements

  • Current LR-60 type rating (required)
  • ATP qualified; FAA Class 1 Medical
  • Initial or Recurrent Part 142 training in type within the last 24 months (preferred)
  • Current passport; unrestricted ability to travel to Canada and Caribbean countries
  • FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and comply with random drug/alcohol testing
  • Ability to release and pass an PRD review with a System Chief Pilot
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Reside within, or be willing to relocate to, a 2-hour call-out of your home base
