🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Support the Captain through all phases of flight—planning, pre‑flight, departure, enroute, approach, and arrival—adhering to SOPs and regulatory standards.
  • Execute checklists, callouts, and cockpit flows with precision; manage FMS and avionics for accurate navigation and performance.
  • Monitor weather, NOTAMs, fuel, weight & balance, and aircraft performance to ensure safe, efficient operations.
  • Champion safety, CRM, and SMS practices; maintain impeccable situational awareness and decision-making.
  • Deliver professional, client‑focused service and clear bilingual communications on the ground and over the radio.
  • Stay current with training, proficiency checks, and company standards—growing confidently into jet operations.

  • Meets all minimums: 800+ TT, IATRA, TCCA licence, Class 1 medical, and ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher.
  • Bilingual fluency in French and English with crisp, professional radio phraseology.
  • Eligible to obtain a RAIC and committed to upholding security and compliance.

Training Provided: Successful candidates receive a full Learjet 45 type rating with company‑provided training and mentorship.
