✈️ The opportunity

Fly as a key member of a professional two-crew operation on the Learjet 45. You’ll support safe, efficient flights in a fast-paced general aviation environment, with the chance to contribute to special-mission and ambulance operations where every minute and decision matters.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Work closely with the Captain to plan and execute flights in compliance with company SOPs and regulations.
  • Conduct flight planning, performance calculations, and fuel management for international operations.
  • Maintain high standards of CRM, situational awareness, and decision-making.
  • Communicate effectively in German and English with ATC, crew, and ground teams.
  • Adapt to changing schedules and routing while upholding a strong safety culture.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • EASA CPL with IR and ME.
  • Class 1 Medical.
  • ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
  • Very good German skills (at least C1) and good conversational English.
  • Valid Class B driving license and fully valid passport.
  • Willingness to travel internationally, high sense of responsibility, and strong team mindset.
  • No type rating required — training provided for the right candidate.
  • Right to work: Visa sponsorship is not provided; you must have independent authorization to work.

🌟 Preferred qualifications

  • Valid type rating on Learjet 35 and/or Learjet 45.
  • Experience in general aviation and/or air ambulance operations.
