Breeze Airways is hiring “Seriously Nice” Pilots to fly the Learjet 45. As a First Officer, you’ll ensure safe, efficient, and on-time operations in accordance with Company policies and Federal Aviation Regulations—leading by example, caring for our Team Members and Guests, and embracing our belief that excellence is a journey, not a destination.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Execute safe, professional flight operations in compliance with Company procedures and all applicable FARs.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, including weather, NOTAMs, fuel, weight & balance, and performance calculations.
- Use disciplined checklist and CRM practices from pushback to shutdown.
- Collaborate with Dispatch, Maintenance, and Ground Operations to deliver an on-time, guest-friendly experience.
- Model Breeze’s “Seriously Nice” service culture—communicating clearly, calmly, and respectfully on every leg.
- Maintain training currency and records in accordance with Company standards and the PRD.
- Proactively manage operational risk and contribute to our Safety Management System (SMS).
🧰 Minimum Requirements
- Total Time: 1,000+ hours (excluding simulator and/or Flight Engineer time)
- PIC Time: 500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 25 hours
- Instrument: 50 hours
- Cross-Country: 100 hours
- License: R-ATP (FAA)
- Medical: First Class
- Currency: Actively flying two of the past five years
- Open to License Holders: FAA

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid FCC Radiotelephone Operator’s Permit.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license and valid passport.
- Able to travel unrestricted to and from the United States.
- Comply with FAA PRD regulations—maintain and disclose pilot training history.
- Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test.
- Pass a TSA fingerprint-based criminal history records check and a Breeze background check.
