Location: Montreal, QC, Canada — primary bases at YUL and St‑Hubert, with flexibility for satellite bases
Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Roster: 14 on / 7 off; shifts up to 14 hours; includes weekends and public holidays
Type Rating: Learjet 45 type rating training provided

🧭 What you’ll do

Operate the Learjet LR-45 on medical transport and corporate missions with a strong safety mindset.
Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections, performance planning, and systems checks.
Execute all phases of flight in IFR operations using robust crew resource management.
Maintain excellent knowledge of Learjet 45/XR systems and Airmedic-specific SOPs.
Complete flight documentation, reports, and post-flight debriefs accurately and on time.
Adapt to dynamic schedules and changing operational priorities while delivering exceptional service.

🧰 What you bring

Must-haves

Minimum 750 total flight hours.
Minimum 250 hours multi‑engine time.
Minimum 500 hours IFR experience.
Valid Canadian CPL with IR and ME.
SAMRA/SARON authorization.
Valid Transport Canada Class 1 Medical Certificate.
ICAO English Level 5 and ICAO French Level 5 proficiency.
Valid PPC as First Officer on Learjet LR‑45.
Valid passport with unrestricted authorization to travel outside Canada.
Eligibility for a Restricted Area Identity Card (RAIC).
Clean criminal record.
Ability to work 14 consecutive days with shifts up to 14 hours.

Preferred

250+ hours turboprop or jet experience.
Previous First Officer time on Learjet 40 XR.
Experience on Learjet 40/45/70/75 series.
