✈️ About the Role
Join our flight deck as a Learjet 45 Captain and bring your leadership, precision, and professionalism to every mission. This permanent position is ideal for seasoned turbine captains who meet the time requirements and want to transition onto the Learjet 45 with company-provided training and type rating. You’ll operate with a safety-first mindset, lead from the front, and deliver a world-class passenger experience.
🧭 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command (PIC) for Learjet 45 operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety and compliance.
- Lead preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel and weight/balance, and weather/NOTAM reviews.
- Execute flights in accordance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and the Safety Management System (SMS).
- Coordinate effectively with crew, maintenance, and dispatch; make sound, timely decisions under pressure.
- Deliver exceptional passenger care and a polished, professional cabin experience.
- Complete accurate post-flight documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 5,000 hours
- PIC: 2,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 2,500 hours
- Multi-Engine PIC: 1,500 hours
- Turbine: 2,000 hours
- Instrument: 500 hours
- License: ATP (Open to FAA certificate holders)
- Medical: Class 1
Note: Type rating not required — company training and Learjet 45 type provided for qualified candidates.
🌟 Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in Part 91/135 operations.
- Demonstrated currency in high-performance, multi-engine turbine aircraft.
- Strong record of safe decision-making and professional crew leadership.
🛠 Skills & Systems
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, flight planning, and safety management systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Proficient with flight planning and aviation management software (e.g., performance, weather, EFB, and scheduling tools).

We provide a comprehensive Learjet 45 training pathway, including ground school, simulator, and supervised line flying to ensure a smooth transition onto type for qualified captains.

- Position open to candidates holding an FAA certificate.
- Visa sponsorship is not provided; candidates must have authorization to work where the position is based.
