🧭 What You’ll Do
- Command LR-45 operations with a safety-first mindset and deliver a polished, professional passenger experience.
- Own flight planning: performance calculations, weight and balance, fuel strategy, alternates, and weather risk.
- Execute SOPs and all applicable FAA regulations and company policies without compromise.
- Collaborate seamlessly with the flight crew, dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure on-time, compliant departures.
- Conduct meticulous preflight and postflight inspections and maintain accurate, timely flight records.
- Stay current and proficient; advocate for a just culture, CRM excellence, and continuous improvement.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 2,000+ hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,000+ hours
- Type Rating: LR-45 (Type-Rated required)
- Licenses: CPL, IR, ME — FAA
- Medical: Class 1
- Education: High School Diploma or GED
🌟 Preferred Experience
- PIC time with type rating in LR-JET, LR-45, and/or DA-20.
🧾 Additional Requirements
- FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Valid, unrestricted driver’s license
- Valid, unrestricted passport
- Must pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen
- Must pass a DOT/FAA-compliant background check
- Eligible to hold and exercise privileges of required FAA certificates and medical
🧭 Schedule & Availability
- Available full-time for assigned rostered shifts
- Willing and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Available for weekend and holiday operations as needed
