🧭 Your Mission
As Captain on the Learjet 45, you will lead safe, efficient corporate jet operations while delivering an exceptional client experience.
- Command LR45 flights under IFR and VFR, ensuring full regulatory compliance (TCCA, ICAO).
- Own preflight planning, performance calculations, fuel strategy, weather and NOTAM analysis, and risk assessment within the SMS framework.
- Lead the flight deck with professionalism; mentor the First Officer and collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and client services.
- Uphold a just culture of safety, proactive reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Deliver a refined, client-focused experience consistent with premium corporate aviation standards.

- Ability to obtain a RAIC.
- Previous corporate flying experience.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
- Jet PIC: 500 hours
- Type Rating: Not required — training provided (NTR)
- License: ATPL (TCCA)
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO English Language Proficiency: Level 4 or higher

Comprehensive Learjet 45 type training is provided, including simulator-based initial qualification and recurrent training to keep your skills sharp and current.

- Candidates must be legally entitled to work in Canada; visa sponsorship is not available.
- Successful candidates will meet background check requirements for RAIC issuance and company standards.
