✈️ The Opportunity
As a Learjet 45/75 First Officer with Sybajet, you’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient and professional operation of our aircraft while delivering an outstanding, discreet experience for VIP clientele. You’ll fly a variety of missions across Europe and beyond, working within a high-performance team committed to safety, compliance and service excellence.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the Learjet 45/75 in full compliance with aviation regulations and company SOPs.
- Uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational efficiency on every sector.
- Coordinate seamlessly with flight operations, dispatch and ground handling teams.
- Conduct thorough pre‑flight and post‑flight inspections to ensure airworthiness.
- Maintain accurate flight documentation, reports and records.
🧰 What you bring
- Valid ATPL with Learjet 45/75 type rating.
- Minimum 500 total flight hours, including 250 hours as PIC on jet aircraft.
- Valid Class 1 Medical Certificate.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Schedule flexibility for long‑haul, overnight and on‑call operations.
- Strong leadership, problem‑solving and communication skills.

- Proven experience in international flight operations and regulatory compliance.
- Background in VIP/private charter operations.
