  • Command Learjet 45/75 VIP charter flights safely and efficiently across Europe.
  • Lead all phases of flight: planning, fuel and performance calculations, briefings, and decision-making.
  • Deliver a discreet, white-glove passenger experience in dynamic, time-critical environments.
  • Ensure strict compliance with company SOPs, regulations, and safety standards.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch, ground handlers, and cabin support for on-time performance.
  • Coach and mentor First Officers; foster robust CRM and teamwork.

  • ATPL (ICAO) with a current Learjet 45/75 type rating.
  • 3,000+ hours total flight time; substantial recent jet experience.
  • Proven background in VIP/private charter operations and client-facing professionalism.

  • Strong CRM, leadership, and communication skills; calm under pressure.
