Chevron’s Corporate Aviation Services is hiring a principal captain to operate the Gulfstream GVI (G650) worldwide from our Sugar Land, Texas base. This is a safety-first leadership role for an experienced aviator ready to act as Pilot-in-Command on unrestricted international operations.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Act as Pilot-in-Command on worldwide operations without restriction.
- Observe the highest levels of safety and professionalism at all times.
- Complete thorough pre- and post-flight inspections.
- Maintain required qualifications, currency, and proficiency.
- Execute flights in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Perform collateral duties and projects in support of the flight department.
🧰 What you bring
- FAA Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) — unrestricted.
- GVI type rating (Gulfstream G650).
- FAA First Class Medical Certificate.
- 5,000 hours total pilot time.
- 2,500 hours multi-engine flight time.
- 1,000 hours in type or large-cabin equivalent.
- 200 hours flight time in the previous 12 months.
- EFIS/EICAS/FMS experience.
- International and oceanic experience preferred; able to operate to any international destination.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
