Lead Captain (PIC) — Gulfstream G500/G650 — Dubai, UAE

✈️ The opportunity

ExecuJet Middle East is seeking an experienced PIC / Lead Commander to join our Gulfstream G500 operation in Dubai. You will lead missions across a discerning, corporate aviation environment, upholding the highest standards of safety, service, and professionalism. Experience on the G500 is central to this role; exposure to G650 operations is welcomed.

🧭 What you will do

• Act as PIC on Gulfstream G500 missions, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient operations.
• Lead and mentor the flight deck team, modeling exemplary CRM and decision-making.
• Oversee end-to-end trip readiness: flight planning, performance, fuel, payload, weather, and alternates.
• Champion a robust safety culture, adhering to company SMS, ICAO, and local regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate seamlessly with Flight Operations, CAMO, Dispatch, and Client Services for on-time performance.
• Represent ExecuJet with discretion and tact in high-profile, corporate/VIP environments.
• Maintain currency, training, and checking to company and authority standards.

🧰 Minimum flight experience

• Total time: 4,000 hours
• PIC time: 1,000 hours
• Multi-engine: 2,000 hours
• Jet: 2,000 hours
• Background: Corporate/Business Aviation required

🌟 What you bring

• Essential: Corporate aviation G500 line training and checking experience.
• Type rating: Current/valid Gulfstream G500 (GVII) type rating.
• Licence: ATPL — ICAO accepted.
• Medical: Class 1.
• English proficiency: ELP Level 4 or higher.
• Tech skills: Basic Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Proven leadership, sound judgment, and client-facing professionalism in VIP settings.
• Cultural awareness and adaptability for international operations.

• Schedule: Rostered duties with defined leave allocation
