Lead Captain — Embraer Phenom 300

✈️ The Opportunity

As Lead Captain, you will serve as Pilot in Command on the Phenom 300, setting the tone for uncompromising safety, exemplary airmanship, and elevated client care. You’ll plan and execute missions across the U.S. and abroad, mentor crewmembers, and uphold organizational standards that keep flights polished, professional, and on time.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as PIC of the Embraer Phenom 300, ensuring safe, smooth, and compliant operations.
• Lead thorough flight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments for domestic and international missions.
• Champion a safety culture: strict adherence to SOPs, regulations, and best practices.
• Coordinate with crew and ground teams; model professional CRM and mentor SICs.
• Deliver a high-touch client experience with discretion and attention to detail.
• Maintain aircraft readiness, documentation, and accurate flight/maintenance records.
• Complete initial and recurrent training, evaluations, and proficiency checks.

🧰 Minimum Qualifications

• Total Time: 4,000 hours
• Multi-Engine: 2,000 hours
• License: ATP — FAA
• Medical: Class 1 (First-Class)
• Type Rating: Not required; NTR candidates welcome (training provided)
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work-related experience
• Passport: Valid; able to travel abroad freely
• Safety: Flawless safety record; no FAA enforcement history
• Reliability: Demonstrably exceptional punctuality and dependability
• Relocation: Willing to reside within an 80-mile radius of Salisbury, MD
• Work Authorization: Authorized to work in the U.S. full-time; no restrictions
