🧭 Your mission

Lead safe, efficient, and passenger-centric operations across domestic and international routes as the on-type Lead Captain. You’ll champion standards, crew coordination, and decision-making in all phases of flight.

  • Command CL30 flights from flight planning through post-flight, ensuring uncompromising safety and regulatory compliance (TCCA, ICAO).
  • Apply strong CRM and mentor the flight deck team; foster a just culture and adherence to SMS and SOPs.
  • Deliver a premium cabin experience with discretion, professionalism, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to optimize performance, fuel, and on-time operations.
  • Exercise sound judgment under pressure, including weather, international procedures, and irregular operations.

  • Total Time: 3,000 hours
  • Pilot-in-Command (PIC) Time: 1,500 hours
  • Jet Time: 500 hours
  • Type Rating: CL30 required
  • License: ATPL (TCCA)
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO ELP: Level 4

  • Challenger 3500 experience (considered a strong asset).
  • International flying experience.
