Join a high-performance flight department as a Lead Captain on the Challenger 300/350 (CL‑30). You’ll set the tone for safety, service, and professionalism while operating under FAR Parts 91 and 135. 🧰 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command for domestic and international operations under Parts 91/135.
- Lead safe, efficient flight ops: planning, performance, weight & balance, fuel strategy, and weather/NOTAM analysis.
- Model impeccable airmanship, CRM, and decision-making for the crew.
- Deliver a polished, discreet, and guest-focused cabin experience.
- Uphold company SOPs and regulatory compliance at all times.
- Travel frequently (60–80%) and adapt to dynamic schedules across multiple bases.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC: 1,000 hours
- Multi-Engine: 500 hours
- Flight Experience: Turbojet aircraft required
- Type Rating: Not required; Challenger CL‑30 training provided (NTR)
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work-related experience
- Regulatory Knowledge: FAR Parts 91 & 135 operations
- Safety Record: No FAA violations, accidents, or incidents
- Background: Must pass TSA/HS requirements and release FAA Airman Certification Record
- Professionalism: Exceptional reliability, punctuality, appearance, and demeanor
- Relocation: Willing to relocate or reside between Minneapolis, MN and Hayward, WI, or within a two-hour drive of Fort Lauderdale, FL
💡 Preferred Experience
- Part 135 operational experience
- International operations across Europe, South America, and Asia
- Challenger 350/3500 type rating

📍 Bases & Travel
We are hiring for each location: Minneapolis, MN; Hayward, WI; and the South Florida region (within two hours of Fort Lauderdale, FL). Expect frequent travel (60–80%) with a mix of domestic and international missions.
