Lead Captain — Bombardier Challenger 604/650 (Dubai-based)

🧭 The opportunity

As the Lead Captain, you will command Challenger 604/650 operations, set the tone for safety and professionalism, and mentor fellow crew in a premium corporate flight department. You will represent ExecuJet with discretion and excellence while delivering a seamless experience for our clients.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 4,000 hours (minimum)
• Pilot-in-Command (PIC): 1,000 hours (minimum)
• Type rating: Current on Bombardier Challenger 604/650 (Type-Rated required)
• License: ATPL (ICAO)
• Medical: Class 1
• English proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
• Background: Corporate aviation experience
• Technical skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and make sound operational decisions

🌟 What you’ll do

• Command Challenger 604/650 flights with an uncompromising focus on safety, compliance, and SOP adherence.
• Lead and mentor flight crew as the designated Lead Captain/Commander; foster a high-performance cockpit culture.
• Plan and execute missions, including performance calculations, fuel planning, and route selection based on weather and NOTAMs.
• Coordinate closely with Flight Operations, Dispatch, and Maintenance to ensure on-time, airworthy departures.
• Provide discreet, client-focused service aligned with the expectations of corporate aviation.
• Champion continuous improvement and best practices within the operation.

🧭 Base and operation

Role is permanently based in Dubai, UAE, operating within ExecuJet Middle East’s Flight Operations division. You will support regional and international missions as required.
