- Champion safety culture, brief/debrief effectively, and mentor the flight deck team.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver on‑time, compliant flights.
- Maintain meticulous flight documentation and operational standards.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total time: 1,800 hours
- PIC time: 1,000 hours
- In type (L‑410): 250 hours
- Type rating: Current and valid on Let L‑410
- License: ATPL
- License holders: Open to ICAO
- Medical: Class 1
- ICAO ELP: Level 5
- Additional: Accident/incident‑free report and a valid passport
