Lead safe, efficient operations on the Let L‑410 across varied conditions while setting the standard for professionalism and crew resource management.

• Command L‑410 operations in accordance with company SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Exercise sound decision‑making in dynamic weather and terrain; manage all phases of flight.
• Champion safety culture, brief/debrief effectively, and mentor the flight deck team.
• Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to deliver on‑time, compliant flights.
• Maintain meticulous flight documentation and operational standards.

🧰 Minimum requirements

• Total time: 1,800 hours
• PIC time: 1,000 hours
• In type (L‑410): 250 hours
• Type rating: Current and valid on Let L‑410
• License: ATPL
• License holders: Open to ICAO
• Medical: Class 1
• ICAO ELP: Level 5
• Additional: Accident/incident‑free report and a valid passport
