✈️ Lead the flight deck as a King Air Captain
Step into a permanent Captain role on the King Air. We provide type training, a strong safety culture, and the opportunity to lead reliable operations with professionalism and precision.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Captain King Air aircraft in accordance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
- Lead the crew, model exceptional CRM, and reinforce a strong safety culture.
- Plan and execute flights, including performance, fuel, weight and balance, weather, NOTAMs, and alternates.
- Exercise sound judgment and problem-solving in dynamic, time-sensitive operational environments.
- Collaborate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure reliable, on-time operations.
- Coach and mentor first officers; support training and standardization initiatives.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 2,000 hours
- License: Valid ATPL issued by TCCA
- Medical: Class 1
- Type Rating: Not required (training provided)
- English Proficiency: Meets Transport Canada standard; ICAO ELP Level 4 or higher
🌟 Additional requirements
- Eligible for and able to maintain a RAIC.
- Hold a current passport at time of hire and able to travel to the United States without restrictions.
- High school diploma (or equivalent) completed.
- Flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
