Aviation Charter Inc. is hiring experienced Pilots in Command to operate our King Air fleet with internal pathways to the Beechjet 400A. Enjoy a predictable 8 on/6 off roster, home-based operations in the Twin Cities, and very limited overnights—while flying for a company that has proudly served clients since 1989.
🧭 What You’ll Do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on King Air 90 and King Air 200 charter missions; opportunities to transition to Beechjet 400A.
- Conduct thorough pre-flight planning, inspections, and safety checks.
- Lead cockpit operations and apply strong Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles.
- Engage professionally with customers to deliver an exceptional charter experience.
- Maintain accurate flight logs, paperwork, and required documentation.
- Operate in full compliance with Part 135 air carrier regulations and company SOPs.
🧰 What You Bring
- Certificates & Medical: Valid ATP and First Class Medical.
- Flight Time: Minimum 2,500 hours total time and 1,000 hours multi-engine land (MEL).
- Experience: Turbojet/turboprop proficiency.
- Travel Ready: Current U.S. passport.
- Interpersonal: Excellent personal and customer service skills; collaborative crew mindset.

📍 Schedule & Base
Roster: 8 days on / 6 days off. Base: Eden Prairie, Minnesota (Twin Cities), with home-based operations designed to keep you close to home when not flying.
