As a King Air Captain, you will lead safe, professional operations in accordance with Canadian regulations and company SOPs. You will champion a safety-first culture, deliver reliable on-time performance, and represent the highest standards of airmanship.

🧭 What you’ll do

  • Command King Air flights with a strong safety and compliance mindset.
  • Plan and execute flights in accordance with Canadian Aviation Regulations and company SOPs.
  • Lead flight planning, performance calculations, fuel management, and weather/risk assessment.
  • Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams to ensure reliable operations.
  • Mentor and collaborate with crew members to maintain professional standards.
  • Complete accurate operational reports and maintain required documentation.

🧰 Minimum requirements

  • Total Time: 1,500 hours
  • Licence: Valid ATPL (TCCA)
  • Type Rating: Not required; comprehensive training provided (NTR)
  • Medical: Current Transport Canada Class 1
  • Language Proficiency: ICAO ELP Level 4 (or higher)
  • Eligibility: Able to obtain required Transport Canada security clearances; legally entitled to work in Canada (no visa sponsorship)

🔒 Screening & clearances

  • Pre-employment Drug and Alcohol screening: A negative result is a condition of employment. Screening is provided at KBA expense and will be conducted, where possible, on the first day of employment.
  • Security & medical: Candidates must be able to obtain required medical and Transport Canada security clearances.
