🧰 What you’ll do
- Plan and execute flights in full compliance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
- Perform detailed pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments.
- Lead the crew, foster a just culture, and communicate clearly with all stakeholders.
- Manage aircraft systems and navigation across all phases of flight with precision.
- Complete post‑flight documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
🌟 What you’ll bring
- Current CPL; multi‑engine and instrument experience strongly preferred.
- Proven captaincy or substantial PIC time; King Air or similar turboprop experience is an advantage.
- Valid Class 1 medical and the right to live and work in the UK.
- Calm, proactive decision‑maker with excellent CRM and communication skills.
