• Plan and execute flights in full compliance with company SOPs and all applicable regulations.
• Perform detailed pre‑flight planning, performance calculations, and risk assessments.

• Manage aircraft systems and navigation across all phases of flight with precision.
• Complete post‑flight documentation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• Current CPL; multi‑engine and instrument experience strongly preferred.
• Proven captaincy or substantial PIC time; King Air or similar turboprop experience is an advantage.
• Valid Class 1 medical and the right to live and work in the UK.
• Calm, proactive decision‑maker with excellent CRM and communication skills.
