Northrop Grumman is seeking an experienced King Air 350 Pilot to operate weekday, scheduled Part 91 employee shuttle flights from San Diego. Join a mission-driven team delivering safe, reliable transportation with a predictable Monday–Friday schedule.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Operate the King Air 350 on scheduled Part 91 employee shuttle routes based from San Diego.
- Conduct thorough preflight planning, including weather analysis, performance calculations, and weight and balance.
- Ensure strict adherence to FAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety management practices.
- Coordinate with dispatch and maintenance to deliver on-time, reliable weekday service.
- Uphold professional communication, exemplary CRM, and passenger-focused service.
🧰 Minimum qualifications
- Total time: 3,000+ hours (fixed-wing)
- Multi-engine: 1,000+ hours
- Medical: Current FAA First Class Medical
🌟 Level-specific requirements
- Pilot 2: Passed ATP written and meets FAA requirements to obtain ATP; FAA multi-engine certificate; First Class Medical.
- Pilot 3: 3,000 fixed-wing total, 1,000 multi-engine, and 500 turbine; FAA multi-engine ATP; First Class Medical.
- Preferred: BE-350 type rating.
- License required: Other (company classification); see qualifications above for FAA certification specifics.

- Home base: San Diego, CA, operating weekday shuttle flights (Mon–Fri).
- Part 91 operation dedicated to employee shuttle service.
