Root Aviation Ltd is recruiting experienced King Air 350 Captains for a long-term, direct hire opportunity with a reputable operator in the Middle East. This is a career-building seat for proven leaders who bring strong airmanship, safety focus, and recent time on type.

🧰 Key responsibilities

• Serve as Pilot in Command on the Beechcraft King Air 350, ensuring the highest safety and compliance standards.
• Lead all phases of flight operations, including planning, briefing, execution, and post-flight duties.
• Uphold company SOPs, ICAO regulations, and operational policies at all times.
• Coordinate effectively with crew and ground teams to deliver punctual, professional operations.
• Maintain currency, proficiency, and meticulous flight records as required by the operator and regulator.

🌟 Minimum qualifications

• ICAO ATPL with King Air 350 type rating.
• First-Class Medical.
• 4,000 hours total time.
• 500 hours PIC on King Air 350.
• Recent flight experience on type.
• Clean safety record with no accident/incident history.
• Age under 59 at the time of application.
