✈️ Jetstream 32 Captain – Direct Entry or Captain Upgrade

Step into the left seat with AIS Airlines, a Dutch scheduled and charter carrier based in Lelystad. We’re hiring experienced Jetstream 32 professionals through two routes: direct-entry Captain and a non-direct-entry Captain upgrade path.

  • Location: Lelystad, Netherlands
  • Airline: AIS Airlines
  • Aircraft: Jetstream 32 (JS31/32)
  • Employment: Freelance contract with a bond
  • Type Rating: JS31/32 type rating (offered with the contract)

🧭 Two Routes to Command

  • Direct-Entry Captain

    • Licence: EASA ATPL
    • Experience: At least 1,000 hours on multi-engine turboprop/turbojet (or equivalent at the Flight Operations Manager’s discretion)
  • Captain Upgrade

    • Licence: EASA CPL, IR(A) and ME(A)
    • Experience: At least 1,750 total hours and 750 hours multi-engine turboprop/turbojet (or equivalent at the Flight Operations Manager’s discretion)

Note: The 1,750-hour total applies specifically to the upgrade route.

🧰 What You’ll Do

  • Operate safe, efficient scheduled, wet-lease and charter flights on the Jetstream 32
  • Deliver professional passenger service alongside your flight duties

🌟 What You Bring

  • EASA flight crew licence and a valid EASA Class 1 medical
  • EU right to live and work
  • Valid ME-IR and at least LPE Level 5
  • Pass the advanced COMPASS test (including CVP)
  • Valid driving licence and security background check
  • Above-average flying proficiency, leadership, motivation, flexibility and teamwork

Preferred: A valid Jetstream type rating is advantageous but not essential.
