🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot-in-Command for time-sensitive organ transport and private charter operations.
- Exercise decisive, safety-first judgment in all phases of flight and on-call/short-notice missions.
- Plan, brief, and execute every flight: performance, weather, fuel, alternates, and risk management.
- Lead the crew with strong CRM; mentor SICs when applicable.
- Ensure strict regulatory compliance, maintain currency, and complete recurrent training.
- Oversee aircraft readiness, documentation, and care between missions.
- Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and confidentiality.
🧰 What you bring
- Proven Pilot-in-Command experience with a strong safety record.
- ATPL / ATP (MEL) and current First-Class Medical.
- 3,000+ total time; 1,500+ hours PIC — turbojet PIC preferred.
- CE-525 type rating preferred; 100+ hours in type preferred.
- Reside within, or be willing to relocate to within, a 1-hour drive of KCXY.
- Commitment to teamwork, sound judgment, and excellent customer care.
