Lead safe, efficient operations as Pilot in Command across a variety of modern business jets based in Wichita, Kansas.
🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring the highest standards of safety, airmanship, and regulatory compliance from preflight through postflight.
- Plan flights, evaluate weather and NOTAMs, calculate performance and weight-and-balance, and make sound go/no‑go decisions.
- Lead effective crew coordination and apply CRM/SOPs to deliver smooth, professional operations.
- Uphold exceptional passenger care, discretion, and communication throughout each mission.
- Coordinate with dispatch/maintenance to maximize aircraft readiness and on-time performance.
🧰 Minimum requirements
- Total Time: 1,500 hours minimum.
- Type Rating: Current type rating on a turbojet aircraft required.
- License: ATP (Unrestricted).
🌟 Preferred qualifications
- 3,500 hours total time, including at least 500 hours jet time.
- Proven turbine PIC experience.
- Current type rating on Learjet 75 or Challenger 300.
- Demonstrated proficiency with high‑performance turbine operations, CRM, and decision making.
