🧭 The mission
Lead safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations across a multi-aircraft jet fleet. You’ll execute every flight to the highest standard, uphold our Safety Management System, and champion a culture of professionalism on and off the flight deck.
🧰 What you’ll do
- Serve as PIC, ensuring the safe conduct of flights in full compliance with all applicable regulations and company procedures.
- Plan and execute flights in accordance with FARs, the GOM, SMS, AFM, aircraft QRH, and the ERP.
- Perform thorough preflight planning, including weather, performance, weight and balance, fuel management, alternates, and risk assessment.
- Lead effective crew resource management, mentor crewmembers, and maintain clear communication with dispatch/operations and maintenance.
- Conduct meticulous aircraft inspections, verify documentation, and ensure all aircraft standards and records are accurate and current.
- Represent the company with professionalism, delivering a refined passenger experience and protecting confidentiality at all times.
- Maintain currency and proficiency, complete factory training as assigned, pass check rides, and meet FAR 61.58 PPE requirements.
🌟 What you’ll bring
- Total time: 2,000 hours
- PIC time: 1,000 hours
- Jet time: 500 hours
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional pilot experience
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: First Class
- Type rating: Not required — must be able to attend factory training, pass check ride, and meet FAR 61.58 PPE requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent
- Certifications: FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
- Documents: Valid automobile driver’s license and valid passport
- Knowledge: Proficient with GOM procedures, SMS, AFM, aircraft QRH, ERP, and standards required for PIC duties
💡 Preferred qualifications
- Previous corporate aviation experience
- 3,000+ hours total fixed-wing
- 1,000+ hours turbojet
- 1,000+ hours logged as PIC
🧭 Training and proficiency
Type rating is provided. You’ll complete factory training, recurrent as assigned, and maintain compliance with FAR 61.58 proficiency standards to ensure consistent, top-tier performance across the fleet.
