Take command of a modern very light jet and deliver a best‑in‑class passenger experience. We’re seeking a confident, safety‑focused Captain to operate the HA‑420 HondaJet across a variety of UK and regional European missions.

🧭 Your mission

As HondaJet Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and passenger‑centric operations while setting the tone for professionalism on every sector.

  • Plan and execute flights in accordance with company SOPs and UK CAA regulations.
  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight preparations: weather, NOTAMs, performance, fuel, weight and balance, and route.
  • Deliver smooth, precise aircraft handling and exemplary decision‑making in all phases of flight.
  • Champion a safety‑first culture through diligent risk assessment, CRM, and threat/error management.
  • Ensure premium passenger care: clear communication, discretion, and adaptive service.
  • Oversee post‑flight duties: debriefs, tech logs, defect reporting, and accurate documentation.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, maintenance, and ground teams to keep schedules running on time.

🧰 What you’ll bring

  • Minimum: CPL.
  • Proven jet or high‑performance aircraft experience with strong single‑pilot IFR skills (HondaJet time a plus).
  • Excellent airmanship, situational awareness, and sound judgment under pressure.
  • Professional communication and customer‑service mindset with a discreet, polished presence.
  • Meticulous attention to detail in flight planning, performance, and record‑keeping.
  • Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom and flexibility to travel at short notice.

Nice to have: Type experience on HA‑420, turbine PIC time, and familiarity with UK CAA/EASA operational standards.
