🧰 What You’ll Do

• Serve as PIC on the HA-420 HondaJet for Part 91 missions, ensuring the highest standards of safety, judgment, and passenger care.
• Plan and execute flights end-to-end: performance, weight and balance, fuel planning, routing, weather and NOTAMs, alternates, and international requirements.
• Comply with all Federal Aviation regulations, company operations manual, operations specifications, standard operating procedures, and company policies and procedures.
• Champion CRM best practices, cultivate a just-safety culture, and maintain impeccable cockpit discipline and checklist usage.
• Coordinate closely with maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness, airworthiness, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Uphold professional discretion, client confidentiality, and a premium service mindset on every sector.
• Maintain all required qualifications, currency, and training; proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.

🌟 What You’ll Bring

• Licensing: ATPL (EASA accepted); FAA ATP preferred.
• Type Rating: Current and valid HA-420 HondaJet type rating required.
• Experience (Minimums): Total time 3,500 hrs; PIC 2,000 hrs; Turbine 1,000 hrs; In-type 200 hrs.
• Medical: Class 1.
• Language: ICAO English Language Proficiency Level 4.
• Travel: Unrestricted travel to EU, US, Canada, and Caribbean countries.
• Screening: Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Professionalism, sound airmanship, and a client-focused approach suited to a close-knit Part 91 environment.
