Lead the flight deck of a modern HA‑420 HondaJet in a permanent captain role where precision flying meets premium service. 🧭 The Mission

As Captain, you’ll command safe, efficient HA‑420 operations while setting the tone for service excellence. You’ll exercise sound judgment, lead by example on the flight deck, and represent the brand with professionalism in every interaction.

  • Plan and execute flights in accordance with applicable regulations, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Champion safety, compliance, and risk management in all phases of flight.
  • Deliver a polished, customer-focused experience to owners and guests.
  • Demonstrate decisive leadership and effective CRM under dynamic, time‑sensitive conditions.
  • Maintain aircraft knowledge, currency, and documentation to the highest standard.

🧰 Minimum Requirements

  • Total Time: 2,500 hours
  • Pilot‑in‑Command (PIC): 1,500 hours
  • Jet Time: 1,500 hours
  • Experience: Proven Experience Captain
  • Licence: TCCA ATPL
  • Medical: Class 1
  • ICAO English: Level 4 or higher
  • Customer focus: Customer service‑oriented; able to work under pressure

Candidates must meet all minimum hour thresholds at the time of application.

🌟 Preferred

  • HondaJet: Prior HA‑420 experience and/or type rating
  • Operational background: Corporate/charter experience in client‑facing environments
  • Safety & Leadership: Strong CRM, SMS mindset, and mentorship of SICs

🛫 Training & Onboarding

Type rating training for the HondaJet HA‑420 is provided for qualified captains, including comprehensive ground school, simulator training, and line indoctrination tailored to our SOPs and safety culture.
