  • Conduct thorough pre‑flight preparation, performance calculations and fuel planning.
  • Lead and mentor flight crew, fostering a just, safety‑first culture.
  • Deliver a refined passenger experience with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance, aircraft documentation and operational SOPs.
  • Collaborate with scheduling, maintenance and ground teams for on‑time, efficient operations.

  • PIC Time: 500 hours

  • Licence: CPL with IR (UK CAA)
