Home‑Based First Officer (CL65) – Managed Aircraft, Part 91/135

✈️ About the Role

Vista America is hiring a permanent, full-time, home-based First Officer to fly a managed CL65 in the United States. You’ll pair sharp airmanship with polished service, acting as a trusted Second in Command, problem-solver, and brand ambassador across a mix of Part 91 and Part 135 operations. This is a front-row seat to iconic, luxury passenger experiences as part of a global flight team.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Serve as SIC on a CL65 managed aircraft, ensuring safe, efficient operations in accordance with Part 91/135 and company SOPs.
• Deliver elevated, guest-focused service while representing the Vista brand with professionalism and discretion.
• Collaborate closely with the PIC and broader flight team; anticipate needs and lend a hand wherever required.
• Exercise sound judgment in dynamic environments; proactively solve operational challenges on the ground and in the air.
• Support international and domestic trip execution, documentation, and regulatory compliance.

🧰 What You’ll Bring (Minimums)

• License: ATP (Unrestricted) and current First Class Medical.
• Total Time: 2,500+ hours fixed-wing.
• PIC: 1,000+ hours.
• Multi-Engine: 500+ hours.
• Jet IFR: 300+ hours of logged IFR jet time.
• Currency: 150+ flight hours in the last 365 days and 30+ in the last 90 days.
• Experience: Recent Part 91/135 experience.
• Record: No more than 2 checkride failures; no accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the past 5 years.
• Compliance: Meets ICAO Annex 1–2.1.10 for multi-pilot international commercial air transport operations.
• Travel & Work Authorization: Eligible to travel to/from all cities and countries served by Vista’s family of companies; authorized to work in the United States.
• Verification: Identity and U.S. employment eligibility verification required upon hire.
