Home-Based CL65 Captain (Part 91/135) — Vista America

✈️ The Opportunity

Vista America is seeking a seasoned Captain to fly a managed CL65 in mixed Part 91/135 operations. You’ll be home-based anywhere in the United States, reporting directly to the VP of Flight Operations and upholding the highest standards of safety, compliance, and service.

🧭 What You’ll Do

• Operate as Captain and PIC on a managed CL65 in Part 91/135 operations.
• Plan, brief, and execute domestic and international flights with rigorous safety and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor the flight crew, ensuring SOP adherence, checklist discipline, and exceptional passenger experience.
• Coordinate with Flight Operations, maintenance, and dispatch; report directly to the VP of Flight Operations.
• Maintain required currency, training, and documentation for all assigned operations.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

• Certificates: FAA ATP and current FAA First-Class Medical.
• Type rating: CL65 type rating with experience on type (required).
• Flight time: 3,000+ fixed-wing total; 2,000+ PIC; 2,000+ multi-engine; 1,000+ turbine.
• IFR: 300+ hours logged IFR.
• Recency: 150 hours in the last 365 days and 30 in the last 90 days.
• Operational experience: Part 91/135.
• Compliance: Meets ICAO Annex 1, section 2.1.10 for international multi-pilot operations.
• Record: No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions in the past five years; no more than two checkride failures.
• Authorization: Eligible to work in the United States.
• Mobility: Ability to travel to the aircraft and to destinations served by the operator.

🌟 Preferred

• 250+ PIC hours on CL65.

💼 Compensation & Benefits

• $220,000 base salary.
