This Captain role is home‑based on a stable 15/13 roster published 12 months in advance, with a clear pathway to larger aircraft and leadership while retaining your seniority. 🧭 What you’ll do

  • Serve as Captain (PIC) and brand ambassador, delivering an iconic luxury experience to Vista America’s passengers.
  • Demonstrate exceptional judgment, teamwork, and problem‑solving to push the boundaries of service and operational excellence.
  • Operate within a supported global team with 24/7/365 access to pilot leadership (Chief Pilot, Flight Operations Managers, Director of Operations) and flight‑to‑flight support from the Operational Control Center.
  • Uphold all company SOPs, safety practices, and regulatory requirements across domestic and international operations.

🧰 Qualifications

  • Certificates: FAA ATP (Unrestricted or Restricted); current FAA First Class Medical.
  • Type rating: PIC jet type rating (Bombardier preferred).
  • Minimum flight time: 3,000 hours fixed‑wing; 1,500 hours PIC; 1,500 hours multi‑engine; 1,000 hours turbine; 300 hours logged IFR.
  • Recency: At least 150 hours in the last 365 days and 30 hours in the last 90 days.
  • Record: No accidents, incidents, or FAA enforcement actions within the last 5 years.
  • International: Meets ICAO Annex 1‑2.1.10 requirements for aircraft engaged in international commercial air transport operations with more than one pilot.
  • Work authorization: Authorized to work in the United States; O‑1 visa sponsorship support available for pilots who meet O‑1 requirements. Must be authorized to travel to/from all serviced cities and countries.

  • Compensation: Year 1 guaranteed base pay of $195,000; total compensation potential of $247,825.
  • Incentives: Extra day pay, monthly flight‑hour bonus, paid training days.
  • Per diem: $75/day domestic; $120/day international.
  • Time off: Choose vacation (in addition to the 15/13 schedule) or a $10,000 in‑lieu‑of‑vacation bonus.
  • Quality of life: Home basing; stable 15/13 schedule set 12 months ahead; training set 6 months ahead; fleet progression while keeping your seniority number and remaining with one entity.
  • Operational support: 24/7/365 access to pilot leadership; Operational Control Center support; Safety Management System with a Just Culture; fatigue management program; mobile response maintenance teams; aircraft refurbishment program.
