Head of Flight Operations & Flight School Development

✈️ The opportunity

Air Alliance Aviation is hiring a Head of Flight Operations to lead safe, efficient flight operations and to help develop and elevate our flight school. In this key leadership role, you will set the tone for safety, standardisation and training excellence across our EASA operation at Siegerland.

🧭 What you’ll do

• Lead day-to-day and strategic flight operations in line with EASA regulations and company standards.
• Develop, implement and continually improve operational processes, SOPs and performance standards.
• Drive the development of the flight school, ensuring robust training standards and governance.
• Coordinate closely with the Accountable Manager and CEO on operational performance and direction.
• Work hand-in-hand with Safety and Compliance teams to champion a just culture and proactive risk management.
• Collaborate with CAMO, Crew Training, Maintenance and Ground Operations to ensure aircraft, crews and schedules are mission-ready.
• Uphold and audit operational readiness, manuals and oversight for multi-crew jet operations.

🧰 What you bring

• Several years of aviation leadership with proven results in a regulated, multi-crew environment.
• Valid EASA ATPL(A).
• Current jet type rating with PIC experience on multi-crew jets.
• Valid instructor/examiner authorization.
• Fluent in English and German.
