Join a safety-first, service-driven flight department as Captain on the Hawker 900XP. This permanent position leads the safe and efficient operation of the aircraft while upholding FAA compliance, company procedures, and elevated client care. 🧭 The Mission
As Captain, you will lead flight operations for the Hawker 900XP with a proactive, safety-focused approach. You will champion compliance, execute precise flight planning, foster strong crew resource management, and deliver discreet, polished service to high-net-worth passengers and sensitive operations.
🧰 Key Responsibilities
- Plan, brief, and execute flights to the highest safety and compliance standards.
- Ensure adherence to all FAA regulations, company SOPs, and safety protocols.
- Conduct performance, weight-and-balance, fuel planning, and risk assessments.
- Lead cockpit resource management and maintain a just culture of safety and professionalism.
- Coordinate with dispatch, maintenance, and ground teams for on-time, efficient operations.
- Provide discreet, top-tier customer service to clients and guests.
- Maintain meticulous logs, reports, and regulatory documentation.
- Participate in training, checking, and recurrent qualification events.
- Represent the company with integrity and courtesy at all times.
🌟 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
- Turbine: 1,000 hours (including 1,000 hours multi-engine turbine)
- License: ATP (FAA)
- Medical: Class 1
- Valid passport; able to travel internationally without restrictions.
- Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, airspace procedures, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and discretion with high-net-worth individuals.
- Ability to travel frequently, including overnight and international trips.
- Available for on-call duty, weekends, and holidays as needed.
🎯 Preferred
- Type rating in Hawker 900XP preferred (company-sponsored training available for NTR candidates).
- Experience in Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations.
- Proactive team player with a commitment to operational excellence and professionalism.

This role supports dynamic operations with frequent domestic and international travel. Flexibility for on-call coverage, weekends, and holidays is required to meet mission needs.
