🧭 The Mission
As Captain, you will ensure the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the Hawker 900XP while delivering a refined, discreet, and personalized travel experience. You’ll be a collaborative leader in the cockpit and a trusted ambassador for our brand on the ramp.
- Exercise PIC authority with unwavering commitment to safety, risk management, and sound decision-making.
- Operate in full compliance with FAA regulations, company SOPs, and industry best practices.
- Plan and execute flights including performance, weight and balance, weather, fuel, and alternates.
- Maintain meticulous flight, maintenance, and regulatory documentation.
- Deliver premium customer service with discretion when supporting high‑net‑worth clients and sensitive operations.
- Collaborate closely with crew, dispatch, maintenance, and leadership to ensure operational excellence.
🧰 Minimum Qualifications
- Total Time: 3,000 hours
- PIC: 1,500 hours
- Multi-Engine: 1,000 hours
- Turbine: 1,000 hours (including 1,000 hours multi‑engine turbine)
- License: FAA ATP
- Medical: First Class
- Passport: Valid; able to travel internationally without restrictions
- Residency: Not a home‑based role; must live within or relocate to within 1 hour of KFCI
🌟 Preferred Experience
- Hawker 900XP type rating preferred (company-sponsored training available)
- 250+ hours PIC in type highly preferred
- Background in Part 91 and/or Part 135 operations
