✈️ Your Mission

As Captain, you will lead safe, efficient, and discreet operations in the Hawker 900XP while delivering an exceptional client experience.

  • Assume PIC responsibility and conduct each flight safely and prudently.
  • Review the aircraft’s maintenance status and documentation prior to departure.
  • Conduct a complete preflight inspection in accordance with the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
  • Evaluate weather, NOTAMs, route facilities, destination, and alternate airports.
  • Operate in full compliance with Solairus Aviation policies and procedures and all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations.
  • Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers, and the security of aircraft and crew, at all times.
  • Accurately complete all trip-related paperwork in accordance with current procedures.

🧰 What You’ll Bring

  • Flight Time: 3,000 hours total time; 1,500 hours PIC; 1,500 hours multi-engine; 500 hours multi-engine PIC; 500 hours turbojet; 250 hours instrument.
  • Ratings & Medical: Type rating on the Hawker 900XP or comparable aircraft; current First-Class Medical.
  • Training: Annual ICAO international procedures training (required).
  • Availability: On-call to support clients’ travel needs.
  • Residency: Maintain a primary residence within a two-hour drive of KRKD or be willing to relocate.
  • Professional Qualities: Uncompromising commitment to safety, strong judgment, and excellent customer service.
