✈️ The opportunity
We’re seeking a seasoned Captain (PIC) to fly the Hawker 900/900XP within a safety-first Part 91 corporate flight department. You’ll ensure safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations in full compliance with FAA regulations and company policies, representing the highest professional standards on every trip.

🧭 What you’ll do
- Serve as Pilot in Command on Hawker 900/900XP missions, ensuring uncompromising safety, regulatory compliance, and exceptional passenger experience.
- Lead flight planning, performance calculations, weather/NOTAM review, fuel strategy, weight and balance, and risk assessments.
- Exercise disciplined CRM, SMS participation, and sound aeronautical decision-making from preflight through postflight.
- Coordinate seamlessly with dispatch/maintenance to ensure aircraft readiness, MEL/CDL compliance, and on-time departures.
- Maintain meticulous flight, training, and aircraft records per FAA and company standards.
- Uphold company policies, continuously model professionalism, and contribute to a culture of safety and service.
Training leadership (as assigned):
- Make hiring recommendations, train staff, and evaluate performance within the pilot/instructor group.
- Develop Training Course Outlines, training manuals, and procedures to company and regulatory standards.
- Monitor pilot proficiency and currency; oversee initial and recurrent proficiency checks for certificated flight and ground instructors.
- Ensure trainees/students complete required stage checks and end-of-course tests; certify training records and recommendations for course completion.
- Audit flight training records regularly and help maintain required pass-rate standards (e.g., FAA Part 141 80% benchmark where applicable).
- Supervise assigned Flight Instructors to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance across training programs.

- Total Time: 2,500+ hours
- PIC: 750+ hours (including Turbine PIC: 500+ hours)
- Multi-Engine: 750+ hours; Multi-Engine PIC: 750+ hours
- Commercial MEL or ATP MEL (ability to obtain ATP)
- FAA First-Class Medical
- FCC Restricted Radio License
- Current passport and proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Ability to obtain a U.S. driver’s license
- Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing
- Residence within a 2-hour call-out of PDK or willingness to relocate
