Hawker 800XP First Officer (SIC) – Cincinnati (LUK)

🧭 The Opportunity

Reynolds Jet, a private aircraft management and on-demand jet charter operator, is seeking a safety-focused, team-oriented First Officer to join our Hawker 800XP program at LUK. You’ll fly a mix of Part 91 and Part 135 missions as part of an experienced three-person crew, supporting our clients with professionalism, sound judgment, and unwavering commitment to safety.

🧰 What You’ll Do

• Support and comply with all Reynolds Jet Safety and Quality Standards on every trip.
• Operate under the direction of the PIC on all flights; assist in overall flight management.
• Conduct assigned flight duties, including takeoffs and landings, in accordance with PIC authority and company policy.
• Act on behalf of the PIC if the PIC becomes incapacitated.
• Participate proactively in the Safety Management System by identifying, reporting, and helping mitigate hazards and risk-management deficiencies.
• Build comprehensive knowledge of PIC responsibilities to support seamless crew coordination.

🌟 What You Bring

• Education: High school diploma or GED.
• Licenses: Commercial Pilot Certificate with Multi-Engine and Instrument ratings; valid passport.
• Medical: Current First Class medical, or current Second Class with ability to obtain First Class.
• Experience (ideal): 1,000+ hours total time and 500+ hours as PIC; prior turbine time viewed favorably.
• Mindset: Strong decision-making, risk management, and culture alignment with a collaborative, safety-first approach.

🧭 Safety & Compliance

• Be highly knowledgeable of the General Operations Manual, FAA Regulations, Operations Specifications, Flight Manuals, and other instructions relevant to assigned duties.
• Maintain required medical certificates and immediately notify the Chief Pilot if any physical or mental condition could impair flight duties.
